      friendly environment. you can sit back doing nothing

      Cons

      no salary. delays up to a month or a two . Every time there is a financial crisis and you wont get salary. the right candidates are either kicked out or paid less. the worthless people are getting high paid and sitting back and just driving

      The directors initially were very friendly and understanding, the culture was conducive.

      Cons

      The most unstructured organization, I have evr seen, you feel like you are working at local grocery shop where everything is person driven. No processes at all. Salaries were delayed right from the beginning to an extent where there were no salaries given for 6 months.
