IILM reviews about "salary"

Low salary , scope of increment is very low , the top management still believes in the outdated notions of 'hire and fire'. Infrastructure is very inferior , the teachers are rammed into a big hall , there is zero culture for research. only the sycophants are able to get good salary , worst library , zero transparency.

Work days the policy is 2nd and 4th Saturday will be off but Management can make it a working day as well. Only th outside infrastructure is good, inside it is pathetic, total Govt Office vibes, unknown bad smell, papers falling off the cupboards, washrooms are not clean, most of their machines do not work, they are very particular about keeping documents in files and physical copies of each and everything (even in this digital era), office politics, egoistic people, you'll get stationery in the beginning of the month only, HR will hire you for something else and make you work on something totally opposite without any consideration of your experience and then they will give you 'feedback' for not performing as per their expectations, the work culture is toxic, the management wants the employees to become thier slaves, moodswings of leaders, IT team is pathetic, no water coolers available, parking has to be done on the main road only top management is allowed to park their vehicles inside, delayed salary, no proper training or induction, they want you to not take over the work instead they want you to hijack the work.

They provide your deceptive salary structure. No full and final settlement will be done after you leave them. They will not provide you the last month salary but if you leave them without notice period they will send you notice to recover 1 month salary as a compensation for leaving without notice. There are 3 old guys in sales department who are sitting at the same place since last 8 to 10 years and they do not want anyone new to come and perform. They behave so badly that you will want to leave the job asap. The top management is somewhat good in speaking and dealing with employees but they should make organisation better in terms of fair financial dealing with employees and replace old employees if they want to bring positive changes.
