Pros

Salary on time and nothing else which i can remember.

Cons

No policies. No strategies. No projects. No management. No work ethics. No good leaders in the company in any department. All good people will be kicked for no reasons who do their work sincerely. Clinical services is the worst place to work in IKS. It is a mess. No good cafeteria food. No good pick and drop facility. They just know two words of the English or they just have two words in their English dictionary that is "hire and fire." May god be with you after joining this company.

Pros

Good salary, infact better than market for a lot of positions. So good that sometimes the HR can make blunders enough to be gracious and grant you more salary than your seniors :-)

Cons

Interestingly where to start hmm... Pathetic canteen that serves you culinary delights giving you gastronomic disorders of humongous proportions, not to mention some fashionable chairs that break the minute anybody with a decent build like me sits in..... Limited washrooms where you have to be in a queue even to pee. So unhygienic and stench filled that you might as well burst your bladder out..... Frankly I used the SEZ toilets when I went downstairs for smoke break although it took me a couple of minutes extra Sitting work space is so cramped if you turnaround in your chair you might as well hurt the neighbors besides you and the one sitting behind you. For my height I almost did a dozen sorries everyday when I got up and moved out of my seat. Now let us come to work Surprisingly all the brouhaha done on the new work coming to India is all a publicity stunt whereas there are loads of people doing practice and on bench since more than half a year and when they get fired they get a severance pay too..... They pay immensely nice to start with for a MBBS to become a glorified documentation expert. Did I do my MBBS for this work and was this the work that was explained to me before I joined ? Now I agree that is a corporate job with 8 to 5 working but then what is the career path of the doctor who joins. Every now and then they change and increase the targets and put the pressure to do the delivery management. Helloooo did anybody in management ever hear the term SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Timebound) objectives. Now since you are a MBBS you are supposed to be a Superman (I mean literally) with super hearing skills for listening to the recording, super typing speed for documenting it fast and super articulation and comprehension speed for converting the recording to your work. huh.... With the whole lot of attrition happening due to doctors not being able to relate themselves with the work and no work happening they still keep on hiring new doctors. Wait... I did mention that they have no work and they fire people right. Oh yeah else how will the hiring team be busy. The other HR Team which has no specific role is the team that comes and keeps on conducting some fancy pointless games every now and then and disrupting the already pressurized team hurrying to close their daily targets

Pros

No pros to discuss according to me.....

Cons

Best for nobody. Baised salary. Work Life: There is no thing called enjoyment here, because you are always in threat of getting fired. No scope of incentives. Facilities are worst. Again, on this day, some employees are fired. "There will be always something left behind in an organization" (somebody wrote this sentence in one of the post in favor of this company just few past back): Yeah we can understand that, but why past keeps on repeating itself again and again here in this company. Any answer.............? Truth is they dont have proper management and policies in the company, which is why this is happening.
