      Pros

      There is no dearth of opportunities for passionate people. I like ILMP very much because I can experiment and share great ideas that come to my mind. The training program is so effective that I have learnt many new things that I was not even aware of in my Engineering college. Believe me this company is like home to me and I will recommend everyone who is serious about technology to join this company.

      Cons

      Is it necessary to write cons. Of course There were few cons but those are ignorable. Like Compensation is good but slightly skewed.

      Nothing....they are not good at anything

      They don't pay...group of gangman who harass professional employees...no credentials, do not understand technology, not even properly educated

      Fraud Company with a failure leadership! Stay Away!

      Pros

      This company has done nothing but ruined my life and career completely. The management under the leadership of the selfish and crude CEO gave all their employees false hopes and promises of growing within the organization. WORST COMPENSATION! The CEO only looks out for himself and his partner, sometimes made the employees feel that the most of the money was being used for his own personal extravagance spending on himself or his soon-to be fiance!

      Cons

      This Company has never delivered a SINGLE PRODUCT to their clients! Fraud Company with Fraud leadership!
