      Flexible hours, generous PTO policy, employer matched contributions for 401K and HSA, subsidized health insurance, and subsidized safety footwear. They provide a warm welcome and a thorough training program for new hires.

      Medium size company of about 50 employees, year over year growth, 3 locations but 2 are small scale, great Owner who is the Prez.

      Cons

      Went from family owned & promote from within to woke culture, non business related classes & meetings, new rules and regs but no handbook, lost family atmosphere and now you look over your shoulder.
