Cons
No vision on how business should function. Lack of defined processes, everybody doing their own thing. Micro managed Bonuses expected rather than earned.

Movies! Family and friends screens for big blockbusters, a well-known brand, some of the best benefits I have ever encountered. Salaries are very competitive. The work is rewarding. People are extremely friendly and approachable with no drama. Everyone works as a cohesive team. A great sense of job security.
Cons
The success of the business is largely dependent upon the success of Hollywood. Some years are better than others. Some years miss corporate bonuses. The industry is always in flux.

Good knowledgable people all around.. Very nice place to work, decent salary and benefits package. Flexible hours and relaxed atmosphere.
Cons
Unresonable expectation at times, crazy hours, no mandatory training, mid management needs proper training and should provide better incentives. Way too many shuffling in the team
