The people for the most part are good to work with.
Cons
Laid off people and in 3 months required all employees to work overtime because there was not enough people to do the work. Have not received a pay raise for multiple years. No training or progression available in this career path.
Multiple projects but you will rarely get the one you want due to contractual obligations, therefore you will almost always be asked to work in an area outside of your comfort zone.
Cons
Very poor management, and even poorer project management techniques. Absolutely no career development or training whatsoever. Simply not a place where one can grow.
