was a great team with support, trust and collaboration among people no judgement and was an open communication culture. This was before all the org changes
Cons
have been many org changes since Y2021 and changes happened every year and created a lot of confusion in the reporting lines. With changes, autonomy was no longer in effect and many people pleasers on the senior leadership team that affected the downstream people. A few leadership team members have the tendency to spread rumors and gossips to instill fear and create instability to the existing employees. Not the type of leadership team that inspire you.
