Very easy to get accepted into the company, well, because staff turnover is very very high.
Cons
A total mess in the management team.... It is a family run business and those in power are the owner's mistress's. Too much politics and no actual work gets done. All of them are fickle minded and will turn whatever was discussed against you if the situation is not to their favor. Whatever plans you discussed in the "meetings" will get overturned in the next month because it is just for show. You will be discussing the exact same thing the next meeting......So what is the point of concluding the discussions? If you question about their plans and intentions you WILL be lied to! Staff turnover is 3 to 5 months.... Can you believe it? You will always get to work with new people and it is extremely frustrating because everyone claims it's not taught to them or claims this job is supposed to be done by the other new guy. The accommodation (if you require to travel)is atrocious depending where you go. They will choose the lousiest option for you. Join at your own risk.
