      Several: 1. Bonuses only for Managers 2. Very few African American in Middle and none in Sr. Management. 3. No career advancement opportunity for minorities.

      Merger Chaos, Confusing Management

      Easy going, different interesting issues each day.

      Cons

      Decisions to merging companies could have been made better and could’ve been transitioned better. Sales team is understaffed and kind of ignorant. The management structure seems convoluted.
