      Nothing is pros about this company. Pros is that you cannot come to office if you late by 5 minutes. You have to listen one hour of lecture by business manager. Simply silliness.

      Cons

      Every policy of this company is like to treat employee as anything as bad as. The top management is very poor in terms of employee happiness and morale boosting.
