colleagues are trying their best - some are with good potentials, if supported properly No delays in salary
Cons
No structure - as if nobody knows what they are doing, especially the leaders There is a preferred nationality: ru$$!ans. But they can't even speak proper English?! - Micromanaging - No flexibility (strictly Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM) Are we robots? - constant change in management - constant firing - no recognition - Fear-based culture. Can't speak with management. - no celebrations: birthdays, events, other engagements - no bonuses or appraisals - almost non-existent health insurance
