Pros

People in the team are nice bonuses and overtime pay

Cons

Helpdesk environment is toxic. The rest of the company doesn't acknowledge that you are doing your best (direct management included) and continue to harp on at staff that things 'just aren't good enough'. Helpdesk is a blame culture so makes the moral very low. No training but extra workload given. Seriously understaffed and underpaid. Tools we are given to do are job do not meet the standard you would expect. Concerns are not listened to or acted upon.
