      Work life balance is good, decent pay, projects and work fairly easy and low-stressful

      Cons

      work procedures and processes do not make sense, the culture celebrates poor to mediocre job performance, lack of overall accountability

      - You have flexibility in how you want to schedule your days

      Cons

      - Leaders set unrealistic goals - The organization works retroactively rather than proactively - The College Links supervisor will pawn off her work on you and then take credit for it - They do not care about you as an individual and will replace you without warning - They don't offer skip-level meetings to check in - They will increase your work-load beyond the scope of your job and not compensate you for it - They do not honor work/life balance - My list of cons goes on and on
