Pros

Interesting work, great conditions, holidays, health insurance, pension scheme. Very interesting and motivated colleagues with a multidisciplinary background.

Cons

Little career opportunities for civilians/non police officers. Managers tend to be SECONDED and mediocre/problematic police officers whose countries put them there to get rid of them for a few years.
