      Not what it seems

      Pros

      Challenging projects but it depends on what area do you work. Very good place for people without much aspirations. You can manage your time however you must complete your cuote.

      Cons

      Too much burocracy. Do you spend more time among papery than designing. Pretty low salary in an expensive city and 45 hours a week inside regardless your productivity.
