Enjoyable work environment. I was allowed to take on many different projects, where I was able to have productive discussions with my coworkers and they considered my inputs.

Cons

Short-term contracts did not provide peace of mind with regards to job security. We were constantly told of big changes that they were planning to make in our department, which would have been good, except that it really made our future with the company feel uncertain
