      None that I can think of. The environment in the company is very toxic. Everyone seems to be dragging their heels to work.

      Cons

      You will not have any ideas what is going on with the company unless you are in the trusted circle of the management. They cut cost by laying off employees but they still fly staffs around the regions to do those unnecessary training.

      Employee is just a number to the company. If the company is not making money, management will not think twice about letting you go no matter how hardworking you are.
