Pros

Fast moving environment. Many challenges but ownership to experiment.

Cons

Low salaries for high responsibilities. If you are not flexible to adapt this is not the right environment for you. Young vibrant environment but in some places little is cared about people (some places, some directors are fantastic)

Nothing great apart from the colleagues, very multicultural atmosphere.

Cons

Not the right people in the right place. Too many overqualified people work there and are not well paid. As a manager, I had a very low salary and there is an important turnover of people.
