25 days of annual leave is a plus but the trade off will be immaterial bonus amount (not industry standards like what HR states during offer stage) and low promotion opportunities.
Cons
Within IQEQ Singapore: Immaterial bonus as well as increment and low to no promotion opportunities within regulatory compliance. Steep learning curve if come in without relevant experience/ background. Referring to a manager: Old school management style, practice of micromanagement, favouritism, double standards, erratic temper, poor management of emotions, makes you walk on eggshells daily, makes you feel small to the extent that you will doubt your own ability to even work + verbally abusive (“for your own good”). Avoid at all cost for your mental health.
