Pros
Good ideas, great staff, okay pay.
Cons
ITM is a shell of what it once was. From having projects out the door in months to taking 3 years to get something still not right. The company laid of 25% of it’s workforce and most of them were key to the business but management obviously did not listen. The structure is absolutely absurd, the way purchasing is done is hilariously bad, the way chief engineers and supervisors treat staff is abysmal and when taken further to a HR Rep nothing is done. Chiefs have there own cliques and alot of backstabbing takes place so they look even better which is a joke. Alot of arguments happen because one person is saying one thing and the other is saying something completely different. Bullying and harassment to staff is also a key part and nothing happened as it’s the culture of the company to backstab everyone. In all the company has lost itself and needs to change completely and start fresh and not keep the bullies it has in the workplace(s)
