Mass redundancies have seen good experienced staff take the fall for poor management at the top level. Root causes of the problem still remains (unreliable tech, lack of understanding of product in the sales team, poor management throughout the business). 12 month plan (to reduce product offerings) offers no guidance on how existing work will be closed out with a massively reduced staff capacity. Wages frozen. All training cancelled. Handling of the redundancy process was embarrassing. Not even a thank you for many years of professional service. Archaic attitude to work flexibility means staff spend 5 days a week in the office in online meetings that could be made from anywhere due to staff being split across multiple locations. Remaining staff left feeling of little value and very concerned for their futures.

No clear direction for the business. Every project was accepted no matter the cost or engineering time. Many people burnt out trying to keep up with demand. Mainly wanted to show off the next big thing which the market wasn’t even asking for.
