      Searched deep, but could not come up with a pro.

      Cons

      Company promotes a toxic work environment by allowing the customer to run rampant requiring task outside the statement of work. Failed to correct a romantic relationship between an employee and the customer that led to the firing of multiple great employees who attempted to conduct themselves in a professional manner.
