1. The way of working is still like the last century. 2. No training mechanism or product knowledge shared to people. 3. They say they are product based company but no one knows what is there in the Product. Maybe not even the one who sells it or develop it. 4. No work-life. They make the life hell, will make you work all day anytime.And its same story always as all their projects are always escalated. 5. No motivation to keep you going. Rare entertainment activity, appreciation, annual day, outing. 6. Though they claim to be high on profit but financial issues seems to be their friend. So unreliable in terms of money though they wont throw you out. 7. They do not learn anything from experience as a company. Its same raga all the time.

After some days you will not learn anything, but you should do routine work with very minimal time, Currently i heard this company not giving proper hike and salary due to their company expansion. They are some folks senior folks sitting in upper layer, you cant speak against them what they should say you should do, they will be happy they will enjoy like anything but you should keep quiet and smile whenever they smile. this company is for that senior folks, if you go and see you can find it easily. the senior folks are 10 to 15 years experienced and we should work for them, seniors will not change but the juniors(new join) will runaway with headaches. the senior folks expect the answers in seconds(then you will be valuable resource) if you said i ll check and come back to you, then that's it, you will tagged in average rate resource.
