No work-life balance though they give wfh. No bonus on year end. No salary increment. If employee asks for increments he/she gets put on performance improvement plan and don’t even get their salary. Leads and managers are full of politics and they openly bicker and cuss at subordinates in scrum calls. They will hire on good package first but the. Fire you saying that they are downsizing the company and the only is because the pay for the concerned employee is very high. If you take leaves you will be asked questions. If you logout at the right time in the evening you are not a good employee, you must work late night every night to be recognised as good worker.
