For the size company they are and the markets they supposedly serve they seem to have a large company mentality when it comes to their systems. Long meetings about very little, little in the way of clearly written process and strange priority system which does not seem to have any basis in determining value. Strange given the markets they supposedly serve

A fancy projector beaming some commercials though the glass door to impress customers.

Cons

Arrogant and pretentious management, average pay, staff working till late having no compensation, boring monotonous projects using legacy spaghetti code.
