Pros

Good and Stable Product based Growing Company Great Location and Infrastructure Complementary Food

Cons

Need to do overtime by spending more than 12-15 hours in day in office. Micromanagement by senior manager - Manager behave like you are just a labor and you need to work all the time forgetting you family and friends. No work life balance - High work pressure. Always ask to work after office hours. Also manager expect you should work on weekend. You will definitely feel that it is not a 5 Day working company from very first day of Joining. No compensation is provided for weekend work even that it is written in Company Handbook. Join only if you want to spend full day, night and weekends in office. HR forced you to write the feedback so they can take actions. But see other Glassdoor reviews yet no action has been taken.

Pros

CEO is very good at manipulating people and brainless guy. Easy to forget and plan-less guy

Cons

- People who are working and frustrated after the all hands and CEO vision. Thinking to leave, hit the helpful button. So, that Company knows how many are willing to leave. - People who thinking that it's ok we can let go last year hike. This year it will be a good one. Let me tell you, it will be in single digit.(1-9%) - I see few 4-5 stars reviews and writing they are really happy and etc etc. Those reviews are fake and they are posted by the HRs to balance out the rating.

Pros

Amazing coworkers (other SDRs and sales team members). This doesn’t apply to management or any form of leadership.

Cons

This was the most toxic company I’ve ever worked for. My manager was recently hired and went out of her way to tear me down from day one of her onboarding. She was not only a bully to myself and my team but she went out of her way to bring my growth to a standstill, refusing to let me move into other positions in the company. In the 5 or 6 months I worked under her, we had maybe 2-3 one on ones. When I needed help, training, coaching, anything, she was unavailable. She was frequently offline for most of her days and would push any and all work she ever had to do onto others on the team. Our team meetings were never about work but her own personal life and dramas. When feed back or ideas were brought up by anyone on the team, they were not only shot down but ridiculed. Leadership has been known for hiring their friends into other management roles with no repercussions. They purchased an auto dialing software and require you to make 6 hours of outbound calling a week. If you took breaks or didn’t hit their quota you were berated and meant to feel worthless for not being aggressive enough. Not getting meetings or getting hung up on was just an excuse to all of management. This was not the job I signed up for and none of the promises made by leadership or the recruiter in my interview through my onboarding were followed through with. Forget about stock options they promise after working 6 months. I never got them. The extra contests for the sales teams were also not paid out. I was promised an additional $300 for self generated opportunities for the company, didn’t see the money even after two months of asking. Higher up leadership has no idea what they’re doing. They’re throwing money around and hoping it sticks to help them bring in more leads. It’s not working. There is no official training personnel for new hires. They’re left to fend for themselves and myself and other senior teammates pick up the slack and train them ourselves. Management will tell you to ask someone else when you need help or have questions. There is no culture. They don’t follow their FORTE values they try to make you believe in and executive leadership should be absolutely ashamed. When I put in my two weeks, a colleague also put his in the same day. I was told I would be let go the next day to not work through my two weeks. And my male coworker was allowed to work his. Sexism, favoritism, and nepotism is all you will find if you work here.

Thank you for your feedback. We really do regret that you had a negative experience at Icertis. But, we are very happy to hear you felt you had amazing coworkers – we feel the same way about our Fellow Icertians! Our amazing employees are what make Icertis a great place to work. We have given thought to your comments and would like to share ours on a few topics. First, one of the things that makes Icertis an exciting place to work is that we are in a hyper-growth stage which means we are scaling our people training, internal processes and technologies to meet the market opportunity we see. In such a fast-paced environment, we sometimes fall short of our own high standards. Regarding your comment on stock options, they are granted to eligible employees as part of their total rewards package. The granting process involves different parties and must go through board approval which can take some time. In reference to internal sales contests, we view these as are an exciting way to reward our sales team for exceptional performance. The process to validate the contest winners does take time to review and process. Payments are issued upon this validation and aligned with payroll dates. With a fast-growing team and company, we do encourage teamwork and ask that all colleagues help train each other. Our experience has shown that the best way to learn is with on-the-job training with seasoned team members who already are experts. We appreciate our more seasoned team members reaching out and helping to train up new hires in the role. Finally, we are committed to our FORTE values and will continue to live them through all our interactions- sexism, favoritism, and/or nepotism have no place at Icertis are not tolerated in any form. Thank you again for your feedback. We wish you the best in your career.
