      Pros

      The pay is good and the work is challenging and interesting.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is very heavy on the work. Decisions are made in the Ivory Tower in Duluth, GA and input from the plants is ignored or shut down entirely. This results in a "test it til it's right" production plan and nothing ever gets fixed.

      Enjoyed operating slitter machines and learning.

      Cons

      People talk about others. So much drama and lies. Some people use their seniority to get what they want. Some people will report you to hot line to get you fired, doesn't matter if they lie on you. If they don't like you, they will try get you fired. Bunch of children instead of adults. People childish and don't train employees properly. Trainer gossips about every one and starts drama if she doesn't like someone.
