      Disgusting attitude towards employees

      Pros

      They use all the latest pieces of software (at customer expense) and very clean work areas.

      Cons

      Managing director is very rude towards employees and customers leading to a high level turn over of staff due to this. I was given so many promises before being taken on my iconsys but once employed my promises were cancelled. very unprofessional company which is surprisingly still running today.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We are sorry your time at iconsys wasn’t an enjoyable one. We can assure you that we have never and would never sack someone for dropping a cup of tea on the floor, or anything as silly or as petty as that. We do listen to our employees… We placed suggestion boxes throughout the company giving employees the opportunity to anonymously raise concerns about anything they are unhappy with or suggest would be for the better. Additionally, we set up a Culture Committee, which offers topics/subjects to be raised by employees to be voiced to the management, review and actioned for the better of the company.

      Good opening package, Great projects to be involved in.

      Cons

      No salary increases, Management with its my way or the highway attitude. High demand on personal time.
