      There really are very few cons to working here. You may occasionally have to stay until 7pm to catch up on company goals but that is maybe 2-3 times a month.

      Company don’t trust the process. Things shift swiftly. Also the pay is not that well for the industry.

      No pros at all. Just bad.

      Cons

      Compensation was low, attitude from management was condescending, and honestly the finance is a huge mess. Finance management has absolutely no idea what they are doing and loves to micromanage you because they have nothing better to do.
