The supervisor was extremely lazy and inconsistent. He constantly pushed the responsibilities of his job onto me and other employees working under him. While he sat back on his phone watching football, we were packaging, labeling, and sending out orders non-stop. There was a lot of obvious favoritism from management towards certain employees and warehouses. Some warehouses enjoyed outings to local game centers and pizza parties, while others got absolutely nothing. The "At Will" employment policy means management can fire you at any time, for any reason, leaving you constantly walking on eggshells trying not to anger your moody supervisor.

Pay is pretty low, health insurance year to year is hit or miss
