Clients are usually highly satisfied, so while the work can be challenging, building relationships is not difficult. It is nice when your phone rings, instead of having to chase opportunities. The company has a very innovative, fearless and achievement oriented culture. Leadership encourages a flexible and pretty well balanced approach to achievement. Colleagues and business partners are very bright and motivated people.
