Pros
Nice office (5 word minimum)
Cons
The Singapore team only wants to impress people through flashy designs and presentations. The screens they make are just nice looking. The focus is if the client likes the look of the design. If you join, be prepared to make posters. No emphasis on experience design. For research, none of the Idean Singapore researchers actually know how to conduct research. They just recycle the same design workshop and user interviews. They place more emphasis on the words they use for their presentation than the thought that goes through the research methods. If they hire you, they probably think you can give a good show. Through credentials or your presentation skills. Or they just want you to make nice posters or those souvenirs they like to give out at workshops. They don't need you to know how to do ux or uxr and they don't have the experience to teach you. They are basically a theatre group that acts like a ux design company.
