      I work in the Fire, Safety, & Rescue side of the IDEX portfolio and I'm proud of what we make. Everyone can relate to the products we build as it is essential in life or death emergency situations.

      Cons

      Departments tend to work in silos. So it's hard ensure everyone is on the same page.
