      Leadership lacking direction and tenure to lead the team. Toxic culture

      Little to no pros with this organization.

      Cons

      Toxic divide between people who have been there since inception and new team members. Lots of gossip in the office and total lack of trust amongst team members . Under resourced and no onboarding

      Pros

      Ignition facilitates an amazing company culture and working environment with some of the benefits including: - Fully supporting flexibile working conditions even pre-covid (option to WFH, flexible in-office working hours, or full-time inoffice) - Great employee benefits including a WFH allowance, an employee wellness program and expense claim, an internal rewards system among many more - Fantastic P&C team with a big focus on promoting diversity, inclusion and supporting social, cultural and environmental causes - Great people across all teams globally - Approachable and transparent SLT approach - Casual and inclusive company culture supported by regular team events - The fast-paced and rapidly growing start-up environment has offered so many opportunities for internal staff members - Great management team with a big focus on ensuring staff feel heard and rewarded and the list goes on!
