      Good location within the city. Usage of JIRA, Confluence.

      Cons

      Immediate manager: a) hires strange people: like lawyer instead of IT guy b) loves obedience too much c) creates internal hierarchy when it's not hard to manage 6 people

      Company is going down the hill at fast pace.

      Cons

      Mobbing has spread like a cancer. Constant fear around the office. Employee surveys are used to prosecute employees. Favouritism is everywhere. No chance for promotion unless You are friend to managers.
