Great teamwork between functional groups. Very talented and dedicated design team. Good relations with suppliers at Operational levels made delivery commits possible.

Cons

The business it is in and competing with formidable competitors mean future is bleak. Constant changes in top guy creates uncertainty causing poor or non execution of plans

HR (and it sucks big time) driving the company. Hardly any technical leadership. No importance of timelines.
