Strong technical team and fun coworkers

Cons

Turnover was massive. Leadership turnover, employee turnover, layoffs with no explanation, and horrible mismanagement of sales accounts. Those responsible for this mess continued to be promoted and empowered. I've heard most of the competent people have either been laid off or left during their recent acquistion. I can't imagine what a disaster it is now.

Pros

Good pay, great co-workers and worldly but close-knit. A company that knows their industries theory very well. Best job I've had, overall.

Cons

SMT try their best in a volatile industry and I felt they were on my side, but I'm not a fan of the parent company or their direct involvement, they're a bit less warm.
