Each employee makes major contributions to the projects they are a part of. That is, everyone has an important role in the company's work. You have a say in what the company works on. Work/life balance is excellent. A diverse technical staff allows each person to learn from the other. Develop new skills in programming, meshing, simulation, and software development. The opportunity to be a Principal Investigator.
Cons
The only cons are the typical cons when working with people. There will be differing opinions and views that can result in conflicts.
