      * Atmosphere - happy, enthusiastic, hardworking team that supports one another * Growth - the company is growing both in terms of staff and revenue, and is very supportive * Well positioned early player in niche industry * Great client roster w/ heavy repeat business * Good PTO package, and healthcare and 401K are offered

      * Small team means a lot of cross-functional roles * Salaries, while competitive, are beat by bigger companies * Benefits like healthcare and 401K are modest

      Pros

      Supportive CEO and colleagues. Suggestions are always taken into consideration, and management is flexible about entertaining new ideas to continue improving. Our staff is passionate about what they do, and everyone brings something different and special to the table.

      Cons

      The company is small, so it is extra important that everyone pulls their weight. If not, it is felt by the team as a whole.

      Pros

      I worked with ImageThink for a year full time and have always found the leadership and staff to be perpetually supportive and helpful, graceful under pressure, cheerful and friendly in equal measure to each other, clients and vendors. I've also had many good experiences working onsite with clients: fascinating content, helpful clients, improvement of my skills while having fun on the job.

      Cons

      Fast paced, lots of travel on short notice.
