Nice space and generally decent people Good clients working with big names
Cons
No operational support following sales Agressive (and incompetent) project management and operational staff Firm has gone completely bonkers in hiring female leadership based on friendship and not competence so it is now a bit of a joke

This company has some really good and talented staff. It’s the staff that are the main positive. Company deals with some amazing clients
Cons
Badly Managed Blame Culture High staff turnover in the same departments. To much favouritism - incompetence seems to be rewarded. Too many high paid people who don’t do a lot. Lower level staff poorly paid and taken advantage of. Lack of appreciation and value.
