Pathetic and probably the worst experience I'll ever have in my entire corporate career.
Pros
No pros, one can be that you get to do a lot of work which makes you think you are being productive in your work but that comes with no salary benefits, if you are good you would be expected to do useless extra work without any additional pay.
Cons
1. They won't deposit a penny in PF even after stating it in offer letter. 2. There product sucks, it have bad competitive pricing its just a money mooching company, and to increase the sales they literally torture the sales team. 3. No respect for employees. 4. They won't pay your salary if for the last month you work, even if you work for the whole month, and they pay the salaries 15 day aftr the EOM, so my advice in case you end up working for this pathetic company ditch them on the day you receive the money. I have been waiting for 9 months now to get my full and final settlement done. 5. They can fire you anytime even if you are amazing at your work! The hirings are done mindlessly expecting to increase profit rather than to operate the increased load. And when that doesn't happen they fire people like flies. 6. They wud literally threaten you in the meetings to fire you, zero professionalism. 7. Everyone i knew who had decent caliber left the organization while i was working, and others were fired. 8. No appreciation for your hard work. I feel like i can go on talking about this company for hours but i hope you got the gist of it. I was made to feel like a loser while working for this organization, like i would have no where to go if not for this company, thankfully I am working for a wonderful wonderful company now, I cudnt even imagine the kindof work culture companies like the one on working with right now have after Imaginxp. M so thankful that i didn't have to work with Imaginxp for longer duration and if you are reading this review before joining the firm trust me you deserve better! Take your decision wisely. Choose who you want to work for wisely!
