Easyish work, all remote, nice co-workers for the most part
Cons
No communication from other departments, no check ins from higher ups, ignoring my requests for a raise for over 6 months, office environment is beyond uninspiring, making conversation with employees when at office for events was just so painful.
When the business is stable it's a great place to be.
Cons
Business is usually unstable and employee get caught in the cross hairs and get laid off. Very poorly run and when efforts are made to improve the business the ownership doesn't follow through and it goes back to being poorly run.
