Company on Decline

Pros

Work life balance is good

Cons

Use to be a great place to work however as the years have gone by the company morale is on an all time decline and some of the senior management decisions have been very questionable over the years.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re really pleased to hear you value the work–life balance. Supporting wellbeing is incredibly important to us. We’re sorry to read that you feel morale has declined and that some leadership decisions have felt questionable. That’s not the experience we want people to have, and feedback like this matters. We’re continuing to focus on strengthening engagement and culture across the business, and open conversations with our teams are an important part of that. If you’d be open to sharing more, we’d genuinely welcome the opportunity to listen. Please feel free to contact our Senior People & Culture Partner at laura.marotta@imagination.com

Pros

International work locations, attracts interesting people Pleasant central London office Work place Gym + Showers (Communal + gender neutral during my time)

Cons

Can confirm unsafe practises mentioned in other reviews. Lack of accountability/transparency between Snrs and those who produce. Even if targets are achieved, this is not recognised, with excuses provided as to why. Long and dangerous working hours expected in Production, no overtime pay
