Pros

Very respectable place to teach preschool. Very knowledgable higher-ups. My director was incredible for support on ideas in the classroom.

Cons

Way too much work to take home, as it is nearly impossible to do all the paperwork at work when you are with children.

Pros

The teacher staff was very friendly. Sometimes free lunch, and appreciation awards given end of year.

Cons

Pay is extremely low for the amount of skill (wanting all teachers to have a CDA or Associate/bachelor) they want plus the tedious paperwork that you have to do. Gossip is huge almost shocking when a supervisor is behind it. This job is great for college students and retired ederly because this is a "stay here until you find something better job"
