      If you're a sales rep, lots of avenues to make money, Since winters are cold what else are you going to do?

      Cons

      Constantly reminded you're easily replaceable The "Leave" if you don't like it Attitude Sub Managers are the worst. They're aren't your manager but they act like they own you. You often don't know what's going on until you make a mistake and then you get blamed for not being informed. People will talk s*** about you, and then you get blamed for causing said s*** without even being asked about it.

      Work ethics are low and work load is alot and you can’t expect any help for your manager instead you will help them to close their sales because mangers like mine is more interested in making her own money instead of helping their team to grow.
