Pros

Some colleagues are supportive and dedicated to their work.

Cons

Pathetic Work Culture: The work environment at Imarticus Learning is toxic and demoralizing. There is a pervasive sense of fear and insecurity among employees. Harassment: I have personally experienced and witnessed instances of harassment and verbal abuse. This behavior is unacceptable and has created a hostile workplace. Unprofessional Conduct: Frequent use of filthy language, which contributes to a disrespectful atmosphere. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also completely inappropriate for a workplace setting.

Pros

Nothing that I can think of

Cons

Let's start from the interview. When asked if this company has a good work life balance environment, I got a 100% yes from the HR. Little did I know that I was waking into a trap. This company doesn't have any idea of work life balance. They will force you to come to work every Sunday and even national holidays. They promise to give a comp off, but gets declined saying that there is too much work, you cannot take an off. There is no safety for women at all in this company. The manager expects you to sit in office till 12am in the night, finish the work and then leave for home at virar. They dnt care if u reach home safely or even reach home. They just ensure that they get their work done from us. The salary is a big turn off in this company. They cut your salary for no rhyme or reason, and when asked they say they will reimburse it in the next month, which has never happened in years. They target freshers, so freshers beware. The reason being is that they have no idea of things like work life balance, pf, and salary components. They take the students for a ride and lure them. This company has no employee benefits, not even medical policy. This company has eaten up for people's pf money. They open a pf account for you, but the money is not getting deposited. When asked, they say Pls have patience, we have a lot of backlog. And till date, no pfhas been received. They have no respect for individuals. They talk to people as if their dirt. They embarrass them on the floor in front of everyone. The management needs training themselves on how to deal with employees formally. If you have personal issues, please leave it at home or deal with it. Dont take it out on us. We are not your slaves or punching bags. The management will enter office at 11 and leave at 5pm sharp. For them there is no workload. It's as if we are getting the money that the client is offering. The work timings are 10-7 only on paper. I have left at 7 only for 1 week. The rest of the months I have been working a 14 hour shift. They force you to write good ratings about the company on glass door. Tired of this, I left the company without even taking my salary, because I would rather give up the money, than walk into that hell trap again to serve the agonizing notice period.
