      Pros

      There are some nice, talented people working at Imdex, but management doesn't listen to them.

      Cons

      See the headline. Was assigned to projects that didn't make any financial sense, while core business facilities had no developers working on them.

      Pros

      The benefits are good. There is flexibility and and absolutely amazing general manager of North and Central America. There is a reason people stick around to work with him. The North America team is incredible.

      Cons

      Australia… so much for a company that “cares about its people.” The Executive team sits in Australia and makes promises they can’t keep, targets strong females if certaian members feel threatened, and doesn’t listen to what is really needed.

      Pros

      Liked the people, benefits were good, work was satisfying. Work atmosphere was pleasant. Frequently had celebrations, lunches etc.

      Cons

      Work was sometimes too hectic to keep up with and management was not good at letting us know when things happened. Example: suddenly installed new, stringent security on site without any explanation. Turned out we had a disgruntled former employee. Would have been nice to know!
