      Worst company for Developers

      Pros

      No pros for a developer if you consider yourself average then yes they give good salaries to average engineers

      Cons

      Their whole strategy is to fire good developers/leads scare the other engineers make them use ai 100% so they end up degrading the code as well as their mental ability to think so that they can remain happy with average pay which they call generous Even an idiot can figure out how much they care employees by providing them 3 lacs worth of insurance in Bangalore

      Pros

      This has been the best company I've worked for. The executives are genuinely good guys. Great people to work with, and some of the best in retail technology.

      Cons

      Like any startup, things can change quickly and you have to wear multiple hats (not a con if you like this type of environment).
