Pros

An amazing network of members that are all doing important and fascinating work!

Cons

The company was founded by seemingly strong, independent women, who then turned over complete control of their company to an insecure, dysfunctional megalomaniac. David is good at hype, and an absolute nightmare at everything else. There is nowhere to turn to for help. The founders support him 110% while he drains and overextends his staff until there's nothing left. By the time I left I was doing twice what I was hired and paid for, and being asked to be promoted to department manager without any increase in salary or increase in support staff.
