Worst restaurant to work at

Pros

The only benefit here is probably the hourly salary range.

Cons

The work and the management is horrible. Racism and politics is at peak here. Toxic work environment with biased favoritism. Food here is provided at 50% discounted price even for the employees; and still ends up being expensive.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. At Impact Kitchen, we care deeply about our people, our guests, and our communities. We take compliance, food safety, and workplace standards extremely seriously and work closely with regulatory bodies to ensure all locations meet or exceed required guidelines. Allegations regarding food safety or working conditions are not reflective of our standards, and we encourage anyone with concerns to report them directly so they can be properly investigated. We’re proud of the culture we continue to build and the many team members who find meaning, growth, and opportunity within our organization. That said, we know there is always room to improve, and feedback — even when difficult — helps us do better. We appreciate your time with us and wish you success in your future endeavors.
